06:50 pm - A long time since last update.
Here's the deal.

I hadn't been going to class, my room is a mess, I haven't been sleeping, and I was occasionally missing work. So I went to the counseling center. They set me up an appointment with a psyciatrist. Dr. Smith diagnosed me with severe depression, and started me on zolaf. Also, he recommended that I take the semester off, to get me treated. So the school put me on medical leave and refunded the tuition I had paid for the semester. He didn't want me to have to worry about my GPA dropping.

Here's hoping I can get treated and in working order before the fall, so I can at least still graduate with the class of '06.

01:20 pm - OC
Ocean City is cold because of possible snow.

Let's hope for at least temperatures in the 50s for the rest of the week.

05:19 pm - Alumni
I am currently in Ocean City, MD. We had gone to the Superfresh on 94th St.
While I was picking up some eggs, an older gentleman noticed me in Alex's JHU sweatshirt.
"Johns Hopkins. I went there for 3 and a half years," said the older gentleman. "They were the worst years of my life."
"Yeah, I agree. They haven't been the best of my life."
"Do you know they still call me and ask for money after these 50 years?"
"Yeah, they are already calling me for money and I am not quite graduated yet," I respond.
"You know what I told them, 'Sure, I will give you the same thing that I gave last year.' 'All right, what was that again?' 'A big ol' nothing for some of the worst years of my life.' and I slam the phone down."
"Good for you, sir. That serves Hopkins right."
"Good luck with the rest of your time there, dear."
"Thank you, sir. Take care."

It's just nice to know that I am not alone.

01:30 am - Aftermath of St Patty's
I am sitting in the living room with my drunk housemates. Peter just claimed himself "god of Ireland" and Alex is humming music from Smash Brothers or quoting the Irish movies we watched today. Ken is spouting racial slurs and Alice is trying to write down the quotes in her Facebook profile. George is chillin. Dan has gone to sleep. I am drunk but not out of control, otherwise I would be trying to make out with someone.

*sigh* I need to meet a good man soon.

08:42 pm - Tattoo
I got my tattoo. It is a great one. Chris at the Tattoo Museum here in Baltimore did a fantastic job. I sat well, I did not move once. I will post pictures once I have them.

08:18 pm - Naruto
Peter and I have been watching a lot of Naruto lately. We want to finish the series before too much longer and we found this quiz.

Which Naruto Character Are You?
Test by naruto - kun.com

or the second one resulted

You are KAKASHI!

Mature. Balanced. Quirky. You're not what people would call a "black sheep" but at the same time, you aren't quite normal. With a subtle sense of humor and a slightly less than subtle way of teaching people a lesson, one thing is for sure: no one can wait to see your whole face.

04:23 pm - Productive
Peter and I cleaned the living room today.

I must say that a man with a vacuum is a sexy thing indeed.

My Velasquez matercopy is coming along well. I will probably finish it this week.

Now I just need to get things done, so I can clean and enjoy the Rocky Horror party with no regrets. ^_^

09:36 pm - And all that jazz
I need more music in my life. I love the energy of rock and roll. I love the passion of jazz. I love the strong voices of ska. I love the soul of irish folk music.

I need to start hitting the concert scene again. I love sitting in a smokey club and listening to jazz pianists. I love moshing it at a high energy rock show. I love dancing with a good irish band.

In high school, I averaged a concert about every two weeks. I believe the last concert I was at was Reel Big Fish, two years ago.

I joined the Flogging Molly community, I hope to see them soon again. I have seen them twice live and they were fanastic.
